AIESEC Norway is going to have a National Conference called "Achieve", that will happen between 7th and 10th January 2010 in Oslo in BI Norwegian School of Management.

The main purpose of the conference is to have elections for new National Executive Board of AIESEC Norway 2010 - 2011.

The whole membership of AIESEC in Norway is now curious: who will lead organization towards new ahchievements next year?

AIESEC replaces it's management yearly, so National election conference happens each year. Current National Executive Board of AIESEC Norway 2009-2010 consists of 6 bright individuals from diffent countries: Norway, Brazil, Romania and Ukraine.

This year there is a very international team of candidates to Executive Board: Norway, Brazil, Spain, Moldova, India, Ivory Coast.

The candidate for President of AIESEC Norway is Rolf Schmachtenberg, current Vice President of Corporate Relations of  AIESEC Norway.

Rolf says about his motivation to apply:

"AIESEC has changed what I want to do with my life. In addition I have also had the opportunity to develop as a leader thanks to this unique organization. But I know there is still so much there for me to lern and experience. I want to take the next learning step.

My AIESEC experience has been life-changing. Because of it, I now want to become an entrepreneur. Through this, I want to have a positive impact on my society. But many good business ideas fail. My AIESEC experience is what will help me when I get that far. Having had Vice President position I'm missing executive management experience. I can learn nothing more than through becoming president of AIESEC Norway ".

The conference is sponsored by "The Body Shop". Company initiates and supports various social campaigns. Currently company conducts a social campaign "Stop Sex Trafficking of shildren and young people" in Norway.
