Are you interested in cooperating with Norwegians NGOs?

Trough leading and participating in teams and running big projects in AIESEC UiO you will get skills and knowledge in Human recourse, marketing, project management, logistics, finance, international communication and more. You will learn what it takes to create, run and finish a project and make it financially doable.  And you will do this with creative students from all over the world!

Our LC is divided into four functional areas you can work on. Based on your suitability and wishes we would allocate you into a team in one of these areas.

Outgoing Exchange (OGX)

OGX is an exciting area where you work on sending Norwegian students on internships abroad. The OGX team is responsible for the whole process from creating the projects, establishing partnerships locally and internationally, marketing the projects and selecting and preparing the participants for their exchange.

Incoming exchange corporate (ICX C)

ICX C is perfect for people interested in learning about sales and the business world. The ICX C team works on selling  internships to companies, selecting top international candidates for positions in Norwegian companies and preparing for their stay in Norway.

Finance

Good with numbers? The finance team is looking for people who are interested in learning more about economics and managing the finances of the LC. Here you will also get the opportunity to work closely with the ICX N-C team in helping with managing the financial aspects of the projects such as sponsorships.

Incoming exchange non-corporate (ICX N-C)

ICX N-C works with getting international students to work on local community development projects in Norway.  The ICX NC team partners with Norwegian NGOs in providing them with international students to work in their NGO. They also create and manage local projects in Oslo where international students come to work as volunteers.

In addition to these functional areas we are also looking for people who can manage the national conference Achieve which will take place in late march. The organizing committee (OC) of Achieve will work on all the practicalities in the conference such as arranging food and accommodation, getting sponsorships, and arranging the venue. After the conference is finished they will get allocated into another team.
