Through my work in AIESEC I learn how to lead and take responsibility in a professional environment. In addition to skills in how to prepare and attend business meetings, and general sales skills targeting businesses. AIESEC is a great platform to meet people from all over the world an connect through our organization's common goals. This will help me greatly in the future through an expansive professional network on an international level. From my experiences I have also discovered a lot about myself on a personal and professional level, finding what motivates and drives me.

My personal achievement is to have been able to get two people from abroad to come to Norway and work for a business, where I was responsible for helping them get everything from a work permit to a place to stay.

A message from me to potential members would be to be curious and explore, for me it has led to an amazing experience that has just begun, with a lot of potential for learning and development.
