The goal of the project is to organize IT internships in Norwegian companies for students and recent graduates from European countries such as Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, the region with rapidly growing IT sector and number of talented IT specialists.

Price Structure:

Signing fee: 0 NOK

Administration fee: 4000 NOK

Monthly Internship fee: 3500 NOK

Salary: 20 000 NOK

Extension of contract: 0 NOK

Cancellation fee: 4000 NOK

Process:

The process is quite straightforward, and laid out below:

Company completes and signs the Job Specification Form

AIESEC will advertise the position on our Global Intranet

AIESEC will present the top 3-5 CVs to the Company in approx 2 weeks (this timeline is flexible)

If no suitable candidates are presented, Company will provide detailed feedback and AIESEC will present further CVs

Company chooses which candidates to telephone interview

AIESEC will help co-ordinate the telephone interviews

Company holds telephone interviews

Company will select the successful candidate and complete an Acceptance Note

Company will provide the necessary details for the Visa (if applicable) AIESEC will deal with the whole Visa process

AIESEC will liaise with the trainee to prepare for their arrival to Norway

AIESEC will pick the intern up from the airport and help them settle in Norway with information on accommodation, transport, culture and life in Norway

AIESEC will invoice the Company for the internship
