Global Internship Program
This program is there to provide recent graduates with the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in practice by working as a trainee in a company abroad. The aim is to provide young people with a cross-cultural experience where they gain professional experience from abroad. The companies participating in this program are raised locally or nationally by the hosting AIESEC country. Our internships are within a wide range of areas, but with focus in Marketing, HR, Finance, Accounting, Sales and Customer Support .
krapka Relevant working experience or skills
krapka Duration: 6 months – 1.5 years
krapka Administration fee: 4000 - 5000 NOK
krapka Flight ticket is not covered
krapka Salary, enough to cover accommodation and living expenses, will be provided
krapka Support in finding an accommodation will be provided

The Process

1) Application – Click here to apply.
2) Assessment – An interview session to ensure that candidate has the competencies and right mindset to go for an exchange.
3) Preparation for Exchange – This includes:
krapka Induction – to assist candidates in understanding about AIESEC, setting goals for their AIESEC experience, connecting to the AIESEC network as well as widening candidates world view.
krapka Matching – the process of looking for a suitable internship according to the candidate’s background and preferences.
krapka Outgoing preparation seminar – to prepare candidates for their exchange by setting proper expectations and helping the candidate to learn how to reduce their culture shock in an unfamiliar culture or situation.
krapka Involvement in AIESEC activities – to enhance candidate’s competencies to go on an exchange and to get a better understanding about AIESEC and AIESEC in Norway as candidates will be ambassadors of AIESEC in Norway while on an exchange.
krapka Visa preparation – AIESEC will be guiding the candidate on the relevant steps to apply for visa (if needed).
4) Go Exchange!
5) Re-integration – Assist exchange participant to capture the learning and outcome of the exchange experience. Reverse culture shock and re-integrate the exchange participant to Norway. Exchange participant may choose to have further involvement in AIESEC.
