Learn by teaching

Description:      
The intern works within a company, NGO, university, language school or organization.
During these internships, the majority of the time is spent working in areas related to
general teaching and/or training, linguistic teaching and cross-cultural education. These
internships usually require the teaching of the English language.

Countries generally where Interns work:

• China
• Colombia
• Russia

Who can participate :      

• Excellent English speakers
• Students with a background in teaching

Time Period (varies):  6-52 weeks    

Skills:

• Learn to develop lesson plans
• Improve organizational and time management skills
• Enhance public speaking skills to successfully engage a group of students
• Gain a better grasp of the complexities of the English language or another subject
• Expand interpersonal communicative skills
